HOW CAN I GIVE MY FLOATEE A SECOND LIFE?

We'll take you through the 4 steps!

1 - You select

Gather together the part (or parts) you wish to dispose of: the T‑shirt alone or the complete anti‑drowning T‑shirt (T‑shirt + lifejacket + trigger).

2- You send

Simply send us your part. You can use the original packaging if you still have it, but don't forget to notify us of your shipment!

3 - We evaluate

Once we have received your parcel at our premises, we will examine the part to determine its condition and whether it can be used again.

What are the criteria?

4 - Enjoy!

We'll email you a voucher valid on our site! For example to buy the next size up or another colour 😉

HOW TO SEND?

Prepare a hermetically sealed parcel, ideally with the original packaging, and send it to the following address:

Please note: if you are not in mainland France, please contact our customer service department at hello@floatee.co before sending your parcel, and we will advise you on how to proceed.

Then send us a message via hello@floatee.co to notify us of your shipment (with your name, a description of the contents, the name of the carrier, the parcel number and the date of shipment) so that we can process your request as quickly as possible!

The values in euros correspond to the values of the vouchers that will be issued depending on the condition of the product.

Please read the following carefully before sending.
We will not return any item that does not comply with our take-back conditions.

What are the terms of the take‑back programme?

  • The offer is limited to people aged 18 and over who are the legal owners of the products subject to the take-back.
  • Your item is clean and meets the evaluation criteria listed in the previous section.
  • Only Floatee complete anti-drowning T-shirts (1-6 years) or children's spare T-shirts (1-6 years) will be accepted. Recharges and other products are excluded from the programme.
  • If a component (t-shirt, life jacket or activation system if also returned) does not meet the evaluation criteria, you will not receive a voucher for the component in question.
  • The voucher will be issued in the form of a Floatee digital gift card for which a valid email address is required.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

Wich products are eligible?

  • Only Floatee complete anti-drowning T-shirts (1-6 years) or children's spare T-shirts (1-6 years) will be accepted.
  • Your item is clean and meets the evaluation criteria listed in the previous section.
  • Recharges and other products are excluded from the programme.

What happens to returned products?

We take care of checking the integrity of returned products and then recondition them to sell them second-hand! Available on our website 😉

Are you returning articles deemed ineligible?

No, we do not return items deemed ineligible for reasons of economy and ecological sobriety in shipping. The products concerned will be donated to an association or may be recycled.

How do I choose a carrier to send my product ?

  • If you are only returning the T-shirt: choose the carrier of your choice.
  • If you are returning a complete anti-drowning T-shirt, with life jacket and activation system:
    - from mainland France: choose the carrier of your choice
    - from another location: contact our customer service department via hello@floatee.co, we will advise you of the procedure to follow.

When can I receive my voucher?

Following receipt of your shipment at our premises, our team will need a few days to check the condition of your product, inform you of the evaluation and generate the voucher which will be sent to your email address.

The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
