💚 Send us your anti-drowning T-shirt to be refilled, and we'll replace the recharge! For an anti-drowning T-shirt that's always ready to use 💪

Includes :

  • A recharging service for Floatee© anti-drowning T-shirt
  • A recharge corresponding to your product included in the price and installed on your anti-drowning T-shirt on our premises
  • Shipping and return costs included in the price

The recharges designed specifically for the Floatee anti-drowning T-shirt's inflation systems, allow you to recharge the inflator after its activation.

If the anti-drowning T-shirt has inflated and needs to be recharged before it can be used again, simply send us your anti-drowning T-shirt and we'll make it ready for use again!

The recharge corresponding to your anti-drowning T-shirt's type is included in the price of the service.

This service is charged per recharge, it is not a subscription.

How to activate the service

After you have placed your order, you can choose to activate this service at a time of your choosing.

Once you've decided, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Contact our customer service department via hello@floatee.co or our online form, specifying the subject of your request, the number of your order for this service, the description of the product concerned (example: a 4-year-old yellow anti-drowning T-shirt), and your address (for initial shipment and return shipment - please specify if different).
  2. Our customer service department will respond by sending you a shipping label
  3. Prepare your shipment with the product concerned, deflated beforehand, with the T-shirt and the technical part (life jacket + trigger). The package must be hermetically sealed. Stick the shipping label on your package.
  4. Entrust your shipment to the carrier.
  5. On receipt at our premises, we will replace the recharge within one working day.
  6. We'll send your product back to you ready to use!

This service is charged per recharge and is not a subscription.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping and return costs are included in the price of the service.

Due to transport times to and from our premises, the complete cycle may take up to a week from your initial shipment.

Important information

◬ The gas cartridge and soluble detector screwed to the automatic inflator, or the gas cartridge screwed to the manual inflator, are for single use. If the anti-drowning T-shirt is inflated, the cartridge needs to be replaced (as well as the detector in case of automatic inflator).

This service is not a subscription; each recharge is deducted individually. If, for example, you wish to send 2 T-shirts for recharging, you will need to order 2 services.

If you choose to return your T-shirt by your own means, without using the shipping label provided by us, you remain responsible for your shipment in the event of loss or damage by the carrier.
