Contact our customer service department at the moment of your choice via hello@floatee.co or our online form, specifying the subject of your request, the number of your order for this service, the description of the product concerned (example: a 4-year-old yellow anti-drowning T-shirt), and your address (for initial shipment and return shipment - please specify if different).
Our customer service department will respond by sending you a shipping label
Prepare your shipment with the product concerned, deflated beforehand, with the T-shirt and the technical part (life jacket + trigger). The package must be hermetically sealed. Stick the shipping label on your package.
Entrust your shipment to the carrier.
On receipt at our premises, we will replace the recharge within one working day.
