Once you've decided, here are the steps to follow:
Contact our customer service department at the moment of your choice via hello@floatee.co or our online form, specifying the subject of your request, the number of your order for this service, the description of the product you send back (example: a 4-year-old yellow anti-drowning T-shirt), and your address (for initial shipment and return shipment - please specify if different).
Our customer service department will respond by sending you a shipping label
Prepare your shipment with the product concerned, deflated beforehand, with the T-shirt and the technical part (life jacket + trigger). The package must be hermetically sealed. Stick the shipping label on your package.
Entrust your shipment to the carrier.
On receipt at our premises, we will check the inflatable part and change the T-shirt within a few days. If any problems are identified following the inspection, we will contact you.
We'll send your product back to you ready to use! If you choose to dispose of your old T-shirt, we will make a partial refund on your order with the value depending on its condition.
