CE certification issued by an accredited French laboratory
The anti-drowning T-shirt has been tested by one of the 3 French laboratories authorised by the European Union to test personal protective equipment (PPE) and has obtained European Certification for Type III Personal Protective Equipment (CE marking).
It meets the buoyancy requirements defined in the lifejacket standard (ISO 12402). Armbands, swimming jackets, floating swimming costumes, buoys, etc. are governed by the standard for swimming aids (NF EN 13138). So, unlike this equipment, our anti-drowning T-shirt is designed to bring a child to the surface and turn them onto their back in less than 5 seconds.
